The recruiting process for the Elevate program now involves actually interviewing for the following summers internship position. If you lot get the internship, you are later invited to the Elevate Program. I first applied through my university. Received an on campus interview with PwC acquaintance. Week later I found out I made it to the next stage which was a video interview(Google Hangout). The second interview was a lot harder, first one was very relaxed. Constitute out the results 3 weeks after final round.

Applied for the Elevate program on campus, and had an interview with a partner from the local office. Pretty much just a walk through of my resume, and asked me to further on my experiences. Establish out two weeks subsequently that I moved on to the side by side round. The next circular interview was pretty much the aforementioned affair, but with a senior manager at the function of my choosing. Received my offer two days later!

The showtime interview was ii dorsum-to-back thirty minute interviews and the final was online with a partner from the firm location and service line I wanted.

Interview
Practical online, and moved on to the on campus interview with a Partner. That was mainly behavioral and easy. Got a response that I'd be moving on to the 2d round of interviews at their offices. There was an optional preinterview dinner that some of the interviewers were at and was to allow everyone network. It included everyone who had interviews (Elevate, interns, and total time). The second partner interview was easy as well, he allowed me to inquire him questions for a majority of it and mainly just ran through my resume. I got a response before long after that I made it into the program. Afterwards that they had a social for anybody who got offers (including Elevate, interns and FT). The interview process is incredibly similar to the internship one, and so at the end of the program I was offered an internship likewise.
